When you look out over the lake and see the calm surface, it seems so still, like glass, like there&rsquo;s nothing happening. Both In-lake treatment and watershed management

Contributing, participating are the activities of states-men and -women who understand their role in the region goes much beyond the decision-making at a Council table --- their participation in the region has far greater symbolic weight: those who act in Unity and Agreement will bear much fruit for all regional residents.

APLM - Working Together

A past member of the Sylvan Lake Management Society, another regional group like APLM, said, &ldquo;When you live on a lake it only makes sense to work together &ndash; no one municipality can make a decision without the others bearing the consequences.
